Soldiers of Orkeny & Harborz

A soldier should tell you where he comes from before he ever speaks.
These exploratory designs were created to establish the visual identity of two very different kingdoms: **Orkney** and **Harborz**.
For Orkney, every layer reflects life beside an unforgiving sea. Weathered steel, deep ocean blues, practical construction, and restrained ornamentation create soldiers whose greatest strength is endurance rather than prestige.
Harborz follows a different philosophy. Its military adapts to both homeland and campaign, balancing mobility for distant expeditions with heavier, insulated equipment for the frozen northern frontier. Muted colors, layered garments, and functional silhouettes tie every variation back to the same cultural identity.
Rather than designing armor in isolation, the goal was to ensure that climate, geography, and history shaped every visual decision—allowing each soldier to feel like a natural extension of the world they defend.
